The van registration form will not be distributed via text message. Parents are responsible for accessing the link below and completing the form for their child(ren).

Starting Fall 2026, van transportation is available for students and children in the following locations:

  • Harbor Point
  • Tamarack
  • Thunderbird
  • Birds Store
  • Oak Point

Parents or students needing transportation must complete the weekly Van Transportation Form, available at www.mayfbc.org. The form will be available each Monday through Wednesday during weeks the van is scheduled to run and must be submitted by 12:00 PM on Wednesday to be included in that week's transportation schedule.

Because May First Baptist Church operates a single van, seating is limited. Seats will be reserved in the order forms are received. If transportation requests exceed available seating, families will be contacted as soon as possible.
